Peace of Mind for Family, Independence for Seniors

Daughter On Call was founded by Val Bacon, B.A., who has
experienced firsthand the need for a variety of services to
maintain independent living for her aging Mother.

She faced the difficult challenge of identifying capable, reliable
and trustworthy services and resources to provide the assistance
her Mother required. She recognized the frustrations that distant
caregivers encountered when seeking services for their family
members from afar. That experience, combined with her
professional background in Social Work and Senior
Management, provided the impetus to start Daughter On Call
where she could best utilize her skills and aptitude for working
with Senior Citizens.

Val has 35 years of experience in the social services field. She
has a proven record of working successfully with individuals and
their family members as well as government and community
agencies in the three western provinces.

Val is committed to her goals for Daughter On Call:
